Hey! I’m Chris Boleman. I’m originally from Georgia, but Alaska has been part of my life for years. Right out of high school, I joined the United States Air Force and served for 8 years! Half of that time was spent right here in Alaska before finishing up back in Georgia.

Then somehow I fell into another 8 years selling insurance. Apparently 8 is my number.

The Air Force taught me discipline, accountability, and how important it is to take care of the people around you. Insurance taught me people. Spending years helping homeowners protect their biggest investment gave me the opportunity to meet all kinds of people, see a lot of homes, and learn what really matters to homeowners.

The funny part is, I’ve always been the guy who takes random drives just to look at houses. Different neighborhoods, architecture, layouts—I’ve always loved seeing what makes each home unique. Add in a slight HGTV addiction, and looking back, real estate was probably always in the cards.

Being an Air Force Veteran, I also have a special appreciation for the military community. I know firsthand what it’s like to PCS, start over somewhere new, and build a life away from home. I genuinely enjoy meeting other service members, veterans, and military families and helping them navigate buying, selling, relocating, or finding their next home here in Alaska.

I chose eXp because I wanted a brokerage that invests in its agents. My amazing mentor, MJ Motta, connected me with Team GoGo, and I’m incredibly grateful she did. I immediately connected with GoGo’s energy, but even more with her mindset of building a business that creates income, investments, and true financial freedom.

That’s exactly how I think.

Now I get to help people all across Alaska buy, sell, invest, and relocate with a special place in my business for helping fellow military members and veterans make their next move.
